Company

Respiratory and systemic biologics .

A bootstrapped Lausanne deep-tech company taking a MEMS nebulizer from benchtop prototype to market launch.

01Market

Local administration for respiratory diseases, first.
Route to systemic delivery, later.

We unlock a band of biologics that cannot be inhaled, mAbs to treat COPD are an obvious example.

Near term · Respiratory diseases 400M+ people affected by COPD alone

Asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis

COPD alone is the third leading cause of death worldwide (Lancet Respir. Med., 2025), with cases set to rise 23% by 2050 (WHO/ERS). Monoclonal Antibodies to treat it are all injected due to lack of alternative resulting is less than 1% reaching the target tissues. We propose our solution to resolve that bottleneck with the following benefits:
1. Significant Dose-Sparing & Cost Savings
2. Maximized Local Concentration & Rapid Onset
3. Drastically Reduced Systemic Side Effects
4. Gentle Aerosolization Preserves Biologic Integrity
5. Shift to Convenient Home Care

Beyond respiratory · Systemic biologics $1T biologics market this decade, from $400–600B today

New possibilities create new markets

If a fragile molecule can be aerosolized intact, this becomes a new capability for pharma across the whole biologics universe (Mordor Intelligence).

02Where we are

From benchtop prototype to market launch.

  1. Benchtop prototype and technical feasibility
  2. Handheld prototype; Validate the drug-stability claim
  3. Validation on partner molecule, QMS and Manufacturing
  4. Market launch
  1. Phase 1In progress · 80%

Proof of concept and IP. Benchtop prototype, patent filed, shear simulation. Aerosol observed on our own hardware.

  2. Phase 2Next

Handheld prototype and stability testing on a representative biologic.

  3. Phase 3Planned

Validation on a partner molecule, the regulatory route and QMS implementation. Manufacturing scale-up.

  4. Phase 4Target 2032

First molecule launch. Market entry with the partner; medical-device and combination-product certification.

03Team

Why I left a good job to do this.

I have spent over ten years building inhalation devices, including a $200M programme that reached market successfully, and I know what separates a device that works on a bench from one that reaches market. I was strongly driven by a will to serve society better by becoming who I always wanted to be.

So I left a safe job and pressed on. Everything here: the prototypes, the patent, the simulation, the wafer runs; I paid for out of my own savings. The nights, the weekends and the risk are mine.

Bootstrapping carried the technology to where the remaining questions cost money to answer, and that is exactly what the seed round is for.
